About This Course

Every design project involves uncertainty, and effectively managing risk is essential to successful project delivery. From unclear project scopes and stakeholder expectations to unforeseen site conditions and evolving client requirements, risks can quickly lead to delays, disputes, and cost overruns if they are not identified and managed early.
